I love talking about change management, and so does my buddy, transformation guru Jim Abolt. He talked about this topic on the very first episode of Telco in 20, and then came back for episode 7 to share even more insights.
My favorite Bon Jovi song of all time is Living on a Prayer, which he sang in CLOUD CITY. He doesn’t do it all the time because he told me once that the octave ranges are too tough on his vocal cords, but he did a sweet acoustic version for us that night and it was EPIC. What a magical experience!
