For this episode, I sit down with Stetson Doggett, founder of BestPhonePlans.net and cofounder of CoverageMap.com. His mission is to help U.S. consumers cut through the noise to find the best cell phone plans and network coverage for their location and budget. He’s got insights into why subscribers churn that telco execs need to know.
